These terms set out the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller when purchasing goods in this online shop.<\/p>

1. The seller<\/h2>

2. Formation of the contract<\/h2>

The contract of sale is considered concluded when the buyer places an order, having first read these terms, and the seller confirms the order by email.<\/p>

3. Prices<\/h2>

Prices are given in euros. A delivery charge is added to the value of the goods where applicable. Prices are valid up to the moment the order is placed.<\/p>

4. The seller\u2019s obligations<\/h2>

The seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the method the buyer has chosen. Where the goods cannot be delivered, the seller will give notice and refund the sum paid within 14 calendar days.<\/p>

5. The buyer\u2019s right to withdraw<\/h2>

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, by notifying the seller in writing. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.<\/p>

6. Quality of goods<\/h2>

Defects in faulty goods are remedied, and goods exchanged or returned, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>

7. Resolution of disputes<\/h2>

Disputes are settled by negotiation. Failing agreement, the buyer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or to a court, in the manner laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>

8. Final provisions<\/h2>

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. The seller may amend the terms; any amendments will be announced on the website.<\/p>
