You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
What we take back
Unused, undamaged, with all labels and in the original packaging. Trying it on your dog is fine — what matters is that the item has not been worn out.
What to do
Write to us by email with your order number. We will send the return address and explain how to post it.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the item, to the same account the payment came from.
Faulty items
If an item arrives with a defect, write to us and attach a photo. In that case we cover the cost of the return.
